MEMPHIS, Tenn. – The Memphis softball team dropped back-to-back games Friday night. The Tigers (4-21) fell 6-3 to Northwestern State followed by a 16-2 loss to Indiana. The Tigers are on a current five-game losing streak and are looking to add another win this weekend.
"Softball is a game of adjustments and we continue to stay with the process looking to get better and improve with every game." Said head coach Stephanie VanBrakle Prothro. "We shot ourselves in the foot a few times tonight, but we are going to continue to stay with the process, like I keep saying, and keep looking to improve with each pitch and at bat.
