MEMPHIS, Tenn. – Highlighted by a flight win in doubles play in Tuscaloosa, Memphis men's tennis combined for 12 wins on the second day at the Four-In-The-Fall and Chattanooga Collegiate Clay Court Championships.
Freshmen duo Oscar Cutting and David Stevenson collected an 8-3 win in the second round of their doubles flight, then earned an 8-7(5) victory in their flight's final round to take the doubles title.
The Chattanooga Collegiate Clay Court Championships will see an all-Memphis final round in doubles action after Tiger duos Jan Pallares and Jeremy Taylor earned a 6-4 win, while partners Turner Voges and Patrick Sydow collected a 6-2 victory.
