MEMPHIS, Tenn. – By the time that Memphis hosts East Carolina on Thursday at 7 p.m. at Mike Rose Soccer Complex, it will have been 20 days since the Tigers last played on their home field. Memphis (7-3-1, 1-1 AAC) has played three consecutive road matches, but an 11-day layoff between games has made it a long stretch between home games.
"There is a reason you have an advantage on your home field. You are in your comfort zone. It has been a while since we have been able to play on our home pitch and we are really looking forward to being back," Memphis head coach said.
