BLUFFTON, S.C. - Behind an eighth-place finish from senior Sydney Chung, the Memphis Tigers placed ninth overall at the Colleton River Collegiate, hosted by Michigan State University at the Colleton River - Pete Dye Course.
The Tigers carded a three-round score of 914, just behind Miami (Ohio) (910) and Cleveland State (911) on the par-72, 7,169-yard course.
JC Campbell led the Tigers on the final day with a final-round 74, giving him 226 strokes over the three rounds, tying for 18th in the field. Campbell started strong with a par and birdie over his first two holes, and remained at even par or better for the first 16 holes of the round.
