MEMPHIS – The Memphis softball team wrapped up its early signee announcements Friday with the addition of middle infielder Erin Parker (Louisville, Ky./North Oldham HS). Parker will be the sixth newcomer for Memphis out of the early signing period and will be the second Tiger out of the state of Kentucky for head coach Natalie Poole.
Parker has lettered in softball since seventh grade, playing on the varsity team at North Oldham High School. Playing at either shortstop or second base, she made a mark on the base path, setting a school record for consecutive stolen bases (29) last season.
