Box Score DALLAS, Texas – USF came out firing on all cylinders and beat Memphis 3-0 to eliminate the Tigers from the American Athletic Conference Tournament in the quarterfinals Tuesday at SMU's Westcott Field. The loss ends Memphis season with an 8-8-3 overall record.
"Anytime your season ends it's tough. I thought we came up against a team that really wanted it more than us," Memphis head coach Brooks Monaghan said. "If you go down you want to go down knowing you gave it your all and I can't say I feel like we did that tonight.
