MEMPHIS – University of Memphis head football coach Mike Norvell has hired Scott Symons as an inside linebackers coach, it was announced Friday. Symons has spent the past four seasons at West Georgia.
"We are excited about the addition of Coach Symons and his wife Kristen to the Tiger football family," Norvell said. "We have been able to develop a great relationship over the last few years as he has come to clinics with our defensive staff over the last few years and will allow us to have great continuity in moving forward.
