JACKSONVILLE, Ala. – University of Memphis' Levi Clark, Leighton Dempster and Arielle Kimm all shot over 1170 aggregate scores to lead the Tigers to a record-setting weekend and a first-place finish in the 2018 Gamecock Invitational Sunday. The scores became official Monday morning.
Memphis, ranked No. 7 in the Collegiate Rifle Coaches Association (CRCA) poll, won the invitational with a school-record aggregate score of 4689 (2332 smallbore/2357 air rifle). The Tigers also set a school record in smallbore with their 2332 score. Memphis was one point of tying the school record in air rifle with its 2357 mark.
