MEMPHIS, Tenn. – University of Memphis' shot a 581 in the smallbore discipline Friday to pace the Tigers in first-day action at the Great America Rifle Conference (GARC) Championships.
Memphis is hosting the GARC event for the first time in program history. The Larry O. Finch Center on the University of Memphis campus is the site for the two-day event.
As a team, the Tigers shot a 2311 score, good enough for seventh place. However, Memphis is only seven points behind third-place Navy (2318).
Kimm shot a season-high 581 in the smallbore and placed 14in the discipline.
