TORONTO, Ontario – University of Memphis track and field senior Ashley Pryke is traveling to Austin, Texas, this week for the 2019 NCAA Outdoor Championships. But, the NCAA meet won't be her final one as a Tiger.
The Peterborough, Ontario, native was selected to represent Canada at the 2019 World University Games this summer. The Games are scheduled for July 3-14 in Naples, Italy. U SPORTS announced the Team Canada delegation Monday.
For Pryke, the World University Games appearance is the second of her career. She also represented Canada at the 2017 Games in Chinese Taipei.
