MEMPHIS, Tenn. – The University of Memphis men's basketball team plays host to the nationally-ranked Oklahoma Sooners on Tuesday, November 17 at 4 p.m. at FedExForum. The Memphis vs. Oklahoma game is part of ESPN's 24 Hours of Hoops, and will be nationally broadcast on the flagship station of the ESPN network.
Because of the 4 p.m. start time, Pouncer, the Tigers' mascot, is encouraging all fans to get out of work early to attend the game and root for the home team. The "Pouncer Pardon" is a note from Pouncer that excuses fans from their previous engagements so they can attend the game.
