AUSTIN, Texas – University of Memphis junior Olushola Olojo has been named to the 2016-17 College Sports Information Directors of America (CoSIDA) Academic All-America third team for men's track and field/cross country, the national organization announced Friday.
Olojo has a 3.99 cumulative grade-point average in studying business economics at the University. Olojo is one of four male track and field student-athletes from the American Athletic Conference to be named to a CoSIDA Academic All-American.
The team, voted on by the CoSIDA membership, recognizes the top student-athletes for their combined performances on the field and in the classroom.
