HOUSTON, Texas – No. 18/24 Memphis women's soccer continued its winning ways with a 4-0 victory at Houston on Thursday afternoon at Carl Lewis Complex.
Memphis scored twice in the first half and twice in the second half to extend its winning streak to nine contests. The Tigers' offensive attack, which entered the day fourth nationally in scoring offense, tallied a season-high 34 shots.
Defensively, the Tigers limited Houston to eight shots, while sophomore goalkeeper Elizabeth Moberg registered her nation-leading 10th shutout of the season.
