MEMPHIS, Tenn.- The American Athletic Conference has released their major awards and all-conference teams and among those listed, senior Gracie Morton found herself on the All-AAC Second Team.
Morton, a native of Burleson, Texas, started and played in all 53 games for the Tigers this season as their leftfielder and led the team with a .394 batting average. Her 65 hits ranked her second in the AAC and in the top-40 in Division I. Along with leading in hits and batting average, Morton led the team with a .539 slugging percentage and scored 33 times for the Tigers.
