MEMPHIS – The University of Memphis men's tennis team (10-8) split a pair of home matches on Thursday. The Tigers played their first home match in almost two months, hosting #42 ranked Dartmouth outside at The Racquet Club of Memphis, and falling 4-0, then bouncing back with a 7-0 win over Jackson State in the nightcap.
The visitors came at Memphis right from the jump in the first match outside, taking leads at one and two doubles. Memphis had jumped out to a lead of its own at three doubles, but the team of Max Fliegner and Dovydas Sakinis came back for the 6-4 win.
