WEST POINT, Miss. – Isaiah Jackson fired a 2-under 70 and Guillaume Chevalier added a 1-under 71 to lead the University of Memphis to an eighth-place finish Tuesday in the Old Waverly Collegiate Championship.
As a team, the Tigers shot 289 for a three-round total of 867, which was 3-over-par. ULM, the leader after each of the first two rounds, maintained its advantage Tuesday to win the title. Middle Tennessee State's Marcus Byrd was the medalist, finishing with a 67 for a total of 13-under 203.
Bradley Bawden finished the event with the best score by a UofM golfer.
