AIKEN, S.C. – Senior Isaiah Jackson posted his second consecutive 2-under 68 Tuesday to help the University of Memphis men's golf team to a fourth-place finish in The Cleveland Golf Palmetto Intercollegiate in Aiken, S.C.
Jackson finished seventh overall at 1-under 209 and had his seventh Top 20 result in seven events dating back to last fall. Jackson is the nation's 50th-ranked college golfer.
While Memphis had its second straight fourth-place finish of the spring – the Tigers shot 16-over 856 -- Clemson ran away with the title by posting a 27-under 813, 16 strokes better than second-place Virgina.
