TAMPA, FLA. –Memphis softball falls in series finale against USF in Tampa 5-1. The Tigers are now 0-4 in AAC conference play. This is the first time they have started conference play 0-4 since 2014, when they started 0-6.
Hallie Siems started in the circle for the Tigers. Siems went three innings, giving up two runs on two hits. Kailey Hilderbrand came in relief in the fourth innings, going for two thirds of an inning. Mariah Nichols finished out the fourth inning. Nichols went two and a third innings, giving up one run on two hits and had two strikeouts.
