Memphis men’s soccer falls at No. 8 SMU

DALLAS – No. 8 SMU scored four goals in the first 15 minutes of the second half to defeat Memphis men's soccer 5-0 at Crum Lacrosse Field in Dallas on Saturday.

After a scoreless first half, SMU opened the scoring in the first 92 seconds of the second half on a Thomas Haney goal on an assist from Noah Hilt. Hilt made it 2-0 Mustangs three minutes later. Gabriel Costa drilled a penalty kick in the 54thminute and then Papa N'doye made it 4-0 SMU in the 56th minute on an assist by Skage Simonsen and Knut Ahlander.
