MEMPHIS, Tennessee – The University of Memphis football team reported to fall camp on Thursday in preparation for the first day of practice Friday. The newcomers spent the morning moving into the dorms while a smattering of returning players met with over 20 media members to talk Tigers.
The team went through a 4 p.m. compliance meeting, then enjoyed their first team meal together before the first full team meeting of camp in the evening.
The Tigers, coming off back-to-back West Division championships, will practice in the afternoons for the opening two weeks of camp while completing summer school obligations ahead of the August 9 final exam period.
