COLUMBUS, Ohio – The University of Memphis men's basketball team fell in a heartbreaker to No. 25/25-ranked Florida Atlantic, 66-65, in the first round of the NCAA Tournament on Friday night in Columbus, Ohio.
With the setback, the Tigers' season comes to and end with an overall record of 26-9, while the Owls improve to 32-3 on the year.
DeAndre Williams had a double-double for Memphis with 13 points and 13 rebounds, while Kendric Davis had a game-high 16 points.
