Memphis Falls to Arkansas State 14-8 in Home Finale

MEMPHIS, Tenn. – In their final regular season home game of the season, the Memphis Tigers (21-25, 5-13) fell behind 3-0 after half an inning, tied the score in their first trip to the plate, but then gave up five runs in the second inning to the Arkansas State Red Wolves (11-32, 5-18) in an eventual 14-8 loss. Memphis cut the deficit to four with a five-run eighth but never pulled any closer.
