MEMPHIS, Tenn. – The University of Memphis baseball team fell to Oral Roberts, 11-1, on Friday at FedExPark Avron Fogelman Field in game one of a three-game series. With the setback, Memphis fell to 13-10 on the season and had a three-game winning streak snapped. The Golden Eagles improved to 15-8 on the season with the win and have won five in a row.
"We played against a good ball club today and we didn't play very well," head coach Kerrick Jackson said. "I told our guys ahead of time that if we didn't play well, that we were at risk of that happening.
