MEMPHIS, Tenn. – Memphis Athletics invites fans to celebrate 901 Day at a free "Tigers On Tour" event at Grind City Brewing Company (76 Waterworks Ave, Memphis, TN 38107) on Thursday, Sept. 1 from 5-7 p.m.
The event features inflatables in the Pouncer's Pals Kids Zone, lawn games, a food truck outside and food and drink specials inside, and Grind City Brewing will provide a free beer to the first 50 of-age guests.
Tiger head football coach Ryan Silverfield will address the crowd at 6 p.m., as the team will be two days away from the season opener at Mississippi State, as will head women's basketball coach Katrina Merriweather and head baseball coach Kerrick Jackson.
