If you walked into a bookstore looking for a book on Memphis Tiger Athletics, you'd no doubt be pointed in the direction of a heavy tome filled to the brim with legend and lore.
Invariably, each student-athlete, coach and administrator who spends time in The Bluff City contributes a piece of this story. But you might see one person, potentially more than any other Tiger, interwoven throughout countless pages and chapters.
That would be longtime administrator Bob Winn, who is being honored for 45 years of service at Saturday's home football game against SMU.
After a career in media relations and sports information, Winn has mastered the art of telling the stories of Memphis Athletics and the people involved.
