Senior defenders Elysia Masters and Marissa Duguay were both named to the 2015 CoSIDA Academic All-District III teams, the College Sports Information Directors of America announced Thursday.
Masters received first-team recognition for the second consecutive season, while Duguay was named to the second team.
To be nominated for this award, a student-athlete must be at least a sophomore starter or significant reserve. The nominee must also have at least a 3.20 cumulative grade point average.
A Biomedical Engineering major, Masters has compiled a 3.93 overall GPA while also starting every match of her sophomore, junior and senior seasons.
