MEMPHIS, Tenn. – Chanel Hudson-Marks received a prestigious honor with an opportunity to compete on soccer's largest international stage.
The 2018 Memphis women's soccer alumna was called into Jamaica's full National Team camp ahead of the 2019 FIFA Women's World Cup in France. The daughter of Jamaican-born parents, Hudson-Marks will report to camp Tuesday in St. Ann and compete Jan. 15-21 for a spot on the National Team.
"This is such an incredible honor and I can't think of a better way to go out and represent my country. It's a huge opportunity and I'm excited," Hudson-Marks said.
