INDIANAPOLIS, Ind. – Chardae Greenlee, a four-year University of Memphis track and field standout, has been named the American Athletic Conference's nominee for the 2017 NCAA Woman of the Year award, the NCAA national office announced Tuesday.
Greenlee is one of 58 candidates from the NCAA Division I level, and a total of 145 nominees from across all divisions. A record 543 nominees were submitted from collegiate institutions across the country.
The Hazel Crest, Ill., native graduated with a degree in sport and leisure management and received her diploma at the University's May commencement exercises.
