GoTigersGo.com caught up with each member of this year's cross country squads. Today's feature is sophomore , who was one of four Tigers to compete in all six meets in 2014. This past Saturday, Ladd was Memphis' second finisher at the 2015 season-opening Brooks Twilight Classic. As a freshman in 2014-15, she was named to the Tiger 3.0 Club both semesters.

- How did you get into distance running?
I did road races with my mom when I was little. But, I really got into it when I tried out for every single sport in middle school and never made any of the teams, so I decided I would run cross country and track because there were no tryouts (LOL!
