MEMPHIS – Senior quarterback Riley Ferguson made the The Golden Arm Award cut as the list for the award for the top quarterback in the country was cut from 47 to 20 Wednesday. The Golden Arm Award is presented at the end of each season to the top college quarterback. Candidates must be a college senior or a four-year junior on schedule to graduate with their class.
In 18 career games, Ferguson has gone 396-for-639 for 5,233 yards and 48 touchdowns against 15 interceptions. He currently ranks fourth in career passing at Memphis just five games in to his second season and his 48 career touchdown passes ranks third in Tiger history.
