TUSCALOOSA, Ala. – After a slow transition into the outdoor campaign, University of Memphis track and field senior hit his stride with two titles to lead the Tigers at the 2019 Crimson Tide Invite Friday.
DeMoss, who earned All-America honors at the 2019 NCAA Indoor Championships in early March, had only competed in two events in Memphis' first three outdoor meets. DeMoss, though, blasted out of the gates Friday with crowns in the men's 100 meters and the men's 4x100 meter relay.
The Jackson, Tenn., native ran in his first 100 meters of 2019 and posted a time of 10.
