MEMPHIS, Tenn. – A pair of Memphis Tigers, Kendric Davis and DeAndre Williams have picked up end-of-season honors from the American Athletic Conference, announced by the league office Wednesday.
The pair earned All-AAC First Team honors, making it the first time in conference history that Memphis has placed two players on the top team.
Davis, one of only two unanimous selections, landed on the first team for the third-consecutive season, while Williams makes his debut after bringing home a second-team nod last season.
Davis led the conference in scoring and assists this regular season at 21.
