PROVIDENCE, R.I. – University of Memphis reserve forward Kyvon Davenport continues to get recognized for his stellar play off the bench.
Davenport was named Monday to the American Athletic Conference Honor Roll for his play in the team's recent games against Wichita State and Houston. For the 6-foot-8 senior from Gainesville, Ga., it represented the third time this season he has honored with the award.
Through 15 games, he has scored in double figures 12 times. He also has recorded four games of 20 or more points.
In the games against Wichita State and Houston, Davenport averaged 21 points and five rebounds in the two games and shot 56.
