MEMPHIS, Tenn. – University of Memphis cross country teams are set to run in the Rhodes College Invitational Saturday, which marks their third-straight weekend competing.
The men's team will begin the 8k at 8 a.m., and the women's team will follow in the 5k at 8:45.
This is the first time since 2019 that the Tigers have opened the season with races three weekends in a row. Following the meet at Rhodes, the teams will have a week off before heading to Louisville for the Greater Louisville Classic.
Saturday marks the halfway point in the season for the Tigers, with only two more races before the American Athletic Conference Championships in October.
