MEMPHIS, Tenn. – It was Senior Day at the Memphis Invitational Saturday, and University of Memphis senior had a spectacular final home appearance to cap the Tigers' action. The two-day meet was held at the Billy J. Murphy Soccer/Track and Field Complex on the University's Park Avenue campus.
In her final home meet wearing the Blue and Gray, Burns-Moore reset her school record in the women's high jump with a mark of 5-11.25 (1.81m). The jump Saturday improved on her previous record of 5-10.75 (1.80m), which she set at last year's Memphis Invitational.
Burns-Moore won the high jump, which was the fifth career title in the event.
