Boychuk selected to Canadian U-20 National Team

MEMPHIS, Tenn. – Memphis women's soccer sophomore Tanya Boychuk has been named to Canada Soccer's U-20 squad and will compete in an international series in England later this week.

The Edmonton, Alberta, native was one of 20 picked to represent Canada in the international series, which will be held July 9-16.

The announcement marks the second time Boychuk has been selected to the U-20 team roster. Boychuk first joined the team in 2017 and also competed with the U-20 national team at the 2018 CONCACAF World Cup Qualifier.

Boychuk joins 10 other student-athletes who play Division I soccer, including representatives from Illinois, Louisville, Oregon, Santa Clara, Texas, UCLA and Vanderbilt.
