The Memphis Grizzlies shocked the world on Thursday night, marching out of FedEx Forum with a win against one of the best teams in the NBA. The team was clicking in every way possible.
It’s hard to see how anybody could have stopped these guys last night. Tyus Jones dropped 20 points on 9-11 shooting and every starter finished with double digit points. It was a beautiful display of basketball and an all-around clinic from Taylor Jenkins’ squad.
Win or loss in the second game against Los Angeles, this momentum should carry through the rest of the season, giving the Memphis Grizzlies hope that they can beat anybody.
