Selden and Simmons Carry Memphis to Second Straight Victory

Following Jaren Jackson Jr’s breakout game in game one Monday, questions were raised about if he could carry it into game two. He played pretty well in Tuesday nights victory of the Jazz. Jackson sparked an early first quarter lead, and had eight points through the first two quarters (two three pointers).

Unfortunately for Jackson, in the second half, the Grizzlies offense never found him. Jackson finished with 10 points in 27 minutes of action and grabbing eight rebounds.

The real stars from Tuesday evenings action were a great dynamic duo. Kobi Simmons and Wayne Selden packed a one two punch that kept the Jazz away long enough.
