The Memphis Grizzlies moved one step closer to clinching the second seed in the Western Conference with a 123-95 win over the Golden State Warriors, the team’s fifth consecutive win.
Desmond Bane scored 22 points, making 5-of-6 from 3-point range, to lead the Grizzlies, who swept their four-game home stand by an average of 23.8 points and won their eighth straight at FedExForum. Dillon Brooks and De’Anthony Melton added 21 points each for the Grizzlies, who moved five games ahead of the third-place Warriors with six to play.
Kyle Anderson chipped in with 13 points while Brandon Clarke had 12 points off the bench.
