Memphis Grizzlies Summer League: Wayne Selden shines again

As the Summer League playoffs begin, the Memphis Grizzlies have been rolling. After going 3-0 in pool play, they received a first-round bye. In each game, there was some bright spot (see: Wayne Selden and Dillon Brooks). In their first playoff game, Wayne Selden put on another stellar performance.

Selden scored 33 points on 10-17 (3-8 from downtown) from the field. In addition, he converted on 10 of his 11 free throw attempts. He showed the ability to score in a variety of ways in this game. He hit the deep-ball, got to the line, attacked the basket and had this vicious put-back dunk on this year’s number 4 pick – and former Jayhawk – Josh Jackson:

Throughout the Summer League, Selden has proven to be worthy of regular NBA minutes.
