There’s no easy way to say this: Mike Conley has disappointed Memphis Grizzlies fans this year.
To think that there have been many conversations about him taking another step as an All-Star talent is now an afterthought after some of the numbers Conley has put forth this season.
On the year, Conley is averaging 15.2 points and 5.9 assists per game with a .412/.351/.863 slash line. His scoring and field goal percentages are down from recent years along with his assists.
Even though one of his major statistics, his free throw shooting, has improved according to his career numbers, he’s only averaging 3.
