With the 2019 NBA Draft — also known as the Zion Williamson Sweepstakes — is set for late-June, fans of the Memphis Grizzlies are either clinging to the hope of a few meaningless wins that will not earn a playoff spot, nor are the chances probable that the team conveys the pick.
It is unfortunate that the Grizzlies’ Front Office lacks so much innovation and ambition that they prefer to simply convey the pick, to the point they do not sound even the least bit optimistic about keeping their 2019 first round Draft pick.
