Mike Conley – Conley was diagnosed today with transverse fractures in the vertebrae located in his lower back following last night’s game against the Charlotte Hornets. The injury occurred with 8:25 to go in the third quarter when he was kneed in the back by a Charlotte player while taking a charge. The injury is expected to resolve itself with rest. Conley is expected to miss six weeks and will be re-evaluated in four weeks.
Vince Carter – Carter suffered a right hip flexor strain in last night’s game against the Charlotte Hornets.
