Memphis Grizzlies Head Coach Dave Joerger will host “Giving on the Green,” his first charity golf tournament presented by the Dave Joerger Foundation, on Monday, Sept. 21 at River Bend Links in Tunica, benefitting the Y.A.F. (Youth Athletic Foundation). The four-man team event starts at 11:30 a.m. with registration and lunch, followed by a shotgun start time of 1 p.m. The event will close with a cocktail hour and awards ceremony at Horseshoe Casino from 6-9 p.m.
“Giving on the Green” precedes the Second Annual Season Preview Dinner with Dave Joerger on Tuesday, Sept. 22, offering two back-to-back nights of different and unique experiences for golf and tennis fans alike to mingle with Coach Joerger and his coaching staff, with the commonality being basketball and the power of sports in youth development.
