Per Ken Berger of CBSSports.com, the Memphis Grizzlies have completely changed course in regard to current head coach Dave Joerger, as the team will retain him despite reports of a split between the two parties:

The Grizzlies had been linked with names such as Jeff Van Gundy and a potentially-returning Lionel Hollins. However, after all but pushing Joerger out the door to the Twin Cities, Memphis decided they wanted to stay with what they had:
According a version of events relayed by one source, Grizzlies owner Robert Pera had a change of heart and persuaded Joerger to stay.

The interesting part of this whole situation? Why would the Grizzlies risk losing Joerger in such a way if they felt like the situation could be salvaged in Tennessee?
Not clear why Pera would let his coach get this far with another job and then change his mind. The fun continues in Memphis.
