Wes Brown suspended indefinitely

The hits just keep on coming for the Maryland football team.

Wes Brown has been suspended for violating the school student-athlete code of conduct. The school announced the news via a press release on Monday evening.

In coordination with the move, the Terrapins replaced Brown at the top of the running back depth chart. Brandon Ross is the new starter with true freshman Ty Johnson backing him up.

During the 2015 season, Brown has carried the football 71 times for 317 yards (4.5 yards-per-carry) and three touchdowns.
