Three-star cornerback Devyn King is officially a member of Maryland football, as he signed his National Letter of Intent Wednesday afternoon.
King was an early get for Mike Locksley’s staff, as he announced his intention to play for the Terps back on April 16. A California native, King is the only member of the Terps’ 2020 class from the Golden State.
“A lot of people ask, ‘why so far?’ King told Testudo Times on Dec. 17. “Really, the distance didn’t play a part. I was just looking for the best fit, and Maryland came up after I came to visit.
