PISCATAWAY, N.J. — Taulia Tagovailoa took Maryland into bowl season in historic fashion.
The Terrapins’ starting quarterback became the Big Ten conference’s all-time leader in passing yards during Saturday’s 42-24 win over Rutgers in both teams’ regular season finale. The redshirt senior threw for 361 yards and three touchdowns and rushed for another score to help Maryland finish 7-5 and 4-5 in conference play.
