Speedy Javon Leake leads offensive outburst in Maryland's 63-33 rout of Illinois

There was some concern going into Saturday’s home game against Illinois that the Maryland football team might be distracted by what happened — or didn’t happen — in Baltimore earlier this week.

Players were mostly kept off-limits to the media and interim coach Matt Canada deflected any questions about the investigation into allegations of a “toxic” culture by saying the Terps were focused on the Fighting Illini.
