Midfielder Eyrk Williamson saw the first action of any Terrapin in the tournament, coming on as a substitute in the United States’ opening matchup against Haiti. In 14 minutes he drew two fouls as the squad coasted to a 1-0 victory.
Defender Donovan Pines made his international debut against Martinique while Williamson earned his first start. Williamson assisted one of the United States’ six goals and helped the team advance to 2-0.
